(Orange County) New York, is owned by the Scalia family.
Vito Scalia and his sons are a second generation caterers. We import the finest and freshest ingredients from around the world to give you,
our valued customer, the choice for quality and variety that no other deli can match. We and our staff work hard to give the personal and friendly service that our customers deserve. Our catering menu has expanded to give more choices for every kind of culinary experience. We want to make planning your affair as easy as possible.
Each day, we prepare sausage, pasta, ravioli, and more in our in-store kitchen, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
We receive shipments daily of hot, fresh bread, pastries, and cheese. Other ingredients are imported direct, from Italy.

Our store is packed with all the ingredients you need to prepare the best gourmet Italian meals: Italian pastas, olive oils, and specialty Italian groceries, many imported directly from Italy. In our on-premise kitchen, we preserve the recipes and heritage of old Italy, with our homemade pasta, ravioli, sauces, pastries and so much more. At our store, you'll find fresh Italian cold cuts, imported cheeses, antipasto platters, subs up to 6 feet long, sandwich trays, our take-home pasta dinners and homemade Italian sausage. We're well-known for our delicious and beautiful catering platters.
Many Italian specialty items and gluten-free products are now available here, on out online store.
