These fabulous gluten-free cookies are also dairy free, egg free, and nut free.  "K-toos" are creamy inside with a perfect texture and a generous amount of filling.  The outside cookies aren’t dry at all.  The cookies themselves have a very mild taste to them, thus making them the PERFECT complement to the cream. Good dipped into rice milk (or whatever kind of milk you choose). 

Gluten free never tasted so good.  Oreos are back!
