BALZANO traditional pasta is extraordinary quality maintained by a prime selection together with the process of a slow and gradually drying. This is the secret to producing quality pasta. Manufactured in the Italian town of Scafati, just south of Naples, the Balzano is synonymous with traditionally made pasta. Paccheri are large, hollow, tube-shaped straight cut pasta, approx. 3/4 - 1 inch in diameter. Paccheri will flatten when they are cooked. The paccheri pasta shape is similar to rigatoni, but are shorter and have a larger diameter.
