BALZANO traditional pasta is extraordinary quality maintained by a prime selection together with the process of a slow and gradually drying. This is the secret to producing quality pasta. Manufactured in the Italian town of Scafati, just south of Naples, the Balzano is synonymous with traditionally made pasta. This is a wide pasta tube that is ¾ to 1 inch in diameter and 2 ½ to 2 ¾ inch in length. The end of this pasta are cut diagonally.
